At STD Transformer, we believe that strong cooperation between industry and academia plays a vital role in developing the qualified professionals required by the energy sector.
In line with this approach, we were pleased to host the management team of AOSB Technical Sciences Vocational School at our production facility.
During the visit, we met with Prof. Dr. Nigar Yarpuz Bozdoğan, Director of the Vocational School; Prof. Dr. Mehmet Eren Öztekin and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Deniz Mutlu Ala, Deputy Directors; and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mine Tülin Zateroğlu, Head of the Electronics and Automation Department.
The visit provided an important opportunity to exchange ideas on student internship programs, practical training models, and potential areas of cooperation between educational institutions and industrial organizations.
Our discussions particularly focused on enabling students to gain hands-on experience in real production environments, improving their technical knowledge, and helping them become more familiar with the expectations of the energy and manufacturing sectors.
We believe that combining academic knowledge with practical industry experience creates significant value for students, educational institutions, and companies alike. Such collaborations help young professionals develop stronger technical skills while supporting the long-term need for qualified human resources in the sector.
STD Transformer remains committed to supporting education, practical training, and sustainable industry–academia partnerships.
We would like to thank the management team of AOSB Technical Sciences Vocational School for their valuable visit and constructive discussions.
