As the data controller, Sami Trafo Makina İnş. İmalat Taah. Genel Tic. Ltd. Şti (“Company”) will process your personal data, listed below, in connection with our business relationship with you and in a manner that is relevant and limited to its purpose.
Your personal data to be processed include: full name, Turkish ID number, signature, phone number, address, email address, workplace title, job position/title at the workplace, invoice details, discount amount, product weight and price information, as well as video recordings obtained from security cameras.
Your personal data will be processed by our Company for the purposes of fulfilling legal obligations arising from regulations, conducting finance and accounting transactions, managing sales processes, providing information to authorized individuals, institutions, and organizations, offering after-sales support services, carrying out customer satisfaction activities, maintaining communication, ensuring physical space security, and conducting business audits.
Your personal data is collected through verbal communication during face-to-face meetings with our employees, in written form via completed forms and documents, and through electronic channels such as online transactions, software programs, email, and security cameras. The collection and processing of your personal data are based on the legal grounds of “fulfilling our legal obligations” and “being necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms” under Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK, or with your explicit consent.
Your personal data may be shared, as required by law, with the Revenue Administration, Tax Office, and Social Security Institution; for the execution of international sales transactions, with the Customs Brokerage; for payment and financial transactions, with banks; in case of disputes, with our attorney; and when necessary or upon request, with law enforcement and judicial authorities, within the framework of the conditions set forth in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.
You may submit your requests under Article 11 of the Law, which regulates the rights of data subjects, by using the “Data Subject Application Form” available on our website and sending it to Sami Trafo Makina İnşaat İmalat Taah. Genel Tic. Ltd. Şti in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller.
